Types of Properties

Our primary market is single-family homes. 
This doesn't mean we don't ever have other types of properties, so contact us!  

Most of our properties are 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, average family homes. However, if you qualify and have special needs, we can help you find the home you're looking for and buy it for you, using our good credit. We then provide private financing to resell it to you. Yes, of course we make a profit! But you get your home. Everybody wins!

If you cannot qualify for a conventional mortgage, we are your best friends. 
We have a genuine desire to help you get into your own home. You'd be surprised how easy it is. Often you can do it for around the same monthly payment as rent on an equivalent home.

After years of paying rent accomplishing nothing in return, I noticed a great house that was spacious and advertised  "For Sale - Easy Qualifying". This was the break that I was looking for.
